The Return Of Great British Bake Off

The nation’s favourite baking show is back and already we can’t get enough! The Great British Bake Off returned to our screens last month, along with all of it’s usual food filled entertainment. Whether you’re a lover of pastry week or you’re more into the delectable delights of the chocolate dishes, the Great British Bake Off is a show that many of us love to immerse ourselves in on a dreary autumn evening. After a long day at work, what could be better than sitting down with a cup of tea to an hour of Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood? Along with being a fantastically entertaining show, the Great British Bake Off is also a great source of inspiration for all you budding bakers out there. Watching the talented contenders doing their thing and creating delicious treats each week is enough to make even the most amatuer bakers out there pick up their wooden spoons and get to work in the kitchen. Who wouldn’t want to whip up their own batch of mouthwatering cupcakes or some moreish macarons? Here at Flamingo Gifts, we’ve been inspired to create some sweet treats and have found the perfect recipes for you to try yourselves. Why not take a look at our foodie finds below and have a go at home?
