Dispatch Confirmation

Straight away after your order you will receive an email confirmation to your email address, letting you know all the items you have ordered and the price of each item.

Processing

All orders received by 3 pm will be sent out the very same day, (except personalised gifts.) If you have ordered some personalised gifts and other gifts, the parcel will be sent out in two lots.

Next Day Delivery

Orders made before 3pm will be sent out the same day with delivery for the next working day.

Any orders received after 3pm, will be sent out the following day with Next Day delivery.

Next Day Delivery on Personalised Goods

Please note we do need to personalise the items, so any personalised gifts which have been ordered with next day delivery will be sent using next day delivery once they are made. To personalise an item it can take up to 4 days. Once complete we will send the item via Next Day Delivery. So please remember this when ordering.

Returns

We offer returns up to 30 days on all of our products.

Personalised Gifts we cannot refund unless faulty.
