What’s the latest time I can place my order on the day?
- For same day despatch order before 3pm
- Any orders after 3pm we be sent out the following day
- Any orders placed after 3pm Friday will be sent out the following Monday
When will my order arrive?
- You will received an email from us saying you parcel has been dispatched. It will be sent first class, so this normally 1-2 working days.
- Personalised items do take longer, as we have to make them up.
I want to send an order to a friend, can you leave out the invoice?
- As standard all off our orders are sent without no invoice. So you can send direct to a friend, with the safe knowledge that no invoices or prices are included. (Yay!)
My order has arrived without my personalised item, why?
- If you have done a big order (lucky you) and have some items which are personalised and some normal gifts. We will send out your order in two parcels. The first with your gifts, then the personalised gifts will follow once we have made them up.
Something is missing from my order?
- Frist of all is it under the air bubbles in your parcel to keep it flat and protect the rest of the gift? This has happened a few times! (We aren’t naughty and hiding it from you, just packing to perfection!)
- If it’s not in your parcel, just give us an email to email@example.com & we can look into it for you.
I need to cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel your order, don’t worry, just call us. We do have a super-fast turnaround, so do call us asap then we can try and stop it processing and being sent out for you.
It’s not what I expected, can I return it?
- These things happen, and of course you can return it. Just sent it back to us within 30 days and we will refund you for any unwanted items.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
- We can swap items if they are the same price or less. If not it may be easier to refund and reorder. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will let you know which will be easiest course of action.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
- If you sending direct to a friend, of course you can. Just email us at email@example.com with your order number and message and we will add that for you.
Can I send my order to a different address?
- Yes of course we can deliver to a different address which isn’t your billing address, just pick on checkout “deliver to a different address”.
I want to order loads of one item, can I get a discount?
- Going crazy and need hundreds of one item? Not a problem, just email us and let you know how many you need and we can look into that for you.
